At I’mPossible Wellness, we host seven fitness cycles per calendar year to help spark your love of movement. In your first fitness cycle, you enter the program as a Spark and graduate a Sparkler upon completion. Each fitness cycle consists of:
Fitness Cycle (7 Weeks)
- Week 1 - 6: Wellness Programming
- Week 7: Rest & Recovery
Once a fitness cycle begins, we recommend:
- Completing x3-4 classes per week
- Striving for 5-8K steps daily
