At I’mpossible Wellness, we believe we can all achieve great things. This is why we carve out moments each and every day to care for and celebrate our bodies. Join us Monday through Friday for live fitness classes and wellness workshops. We welcome all ages, life-stages, mobilities and abilities. We look forward to celebrating with you.

Our signature Spark Programs

At I’mPossible Wellness, we host seven fitness cycles per calendar year to help spark your love of movement. In your first fitness cycle, you enter the program as a Spark and graduate a Sparkler upon completion. Each fitness cycle consists of:


Fitness Cycle (7 Weeks) 

  • Week 1 - 6: Wellness Programming 
  • Week 7: Rest & Recovery


Once a fitness cycle begins, we recommend: 

  • Completing x3-4 classes per week 
  • Striving for 5-8K steps daily
